1. Placing an Order

  • Browse our website and add products to your cart.

  • Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.

  • Select your preferred payment method and complete the order.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS with order details.


2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time depends on your location:

    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

  • In case of cancellation before shipping, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.


4. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns in the following cases:
✔ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
✔ The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Return Request Period: Within 1 days of delivery.

  • Exchange Option: If the item is available, we can replace it with the correct product.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
